Lutosa Frozen specialities facility
The Lutosa frozen specialities facility is one of the most interesting in the plant, due to the variety and complexity of the recipes prepared there. It includes 5 production lines with an hourly capacity of between 5 and 6 tonnes of finished products, manufacturing:
- pre-fried products based on fresh mashed potatoes (Potato Noisettes, Pom'Pin, Duchesse potatoes, Oven Croquettes, Patat'Croc, Patat'School, Patat'Galaxy...)
- pre-fried products based on grated potato (Röstis)
- frozen mashed potatoes with or without seasoning and spices and non prefried croquettes in breadcrumbs
- pre-browned products, heated in the oven, particularly for airline catering (Cottage Pie)
