Working with Joël Robuchon
As proof of their quality and originality, we have even patented some of our preparations created by a great chef. Established back in 1999, our partnership with Joël Robuchon - voted Chef of the Century by Gault Millau - has resulted in recipes for "Lutosa - Joël Robuchon" precooked mashed potatoes. All the know-how of two great names combined to produce some exciting new flavours: mashed potatoes with butter and with Tome cheese (the famous Aligot).

Food Industry Clusters
In partnership with universities, business schools and research centres, health commentators and other industrialists, Lutosa is involved in several research projects aimed at stimulating innovation in the agro-industrial sector. One of these is the Walloon agro-industrial competitiveness centre, which aims to offer consumers new food products that are healthier, pleasant and convenient to use, as well as produced by sustainable industrial methods.
