Lutosa pre-fried chilled chips
To complement our frozen potato products, Lutosa offers you a range of pre-fried chilled chips. These chips, packed in a protective atmosphere, can be stored at between + 2°C and + 4°C. They offer the obvious advantages of:
- optimum storage in the refrigerator (21 days)
- being easy to prepare
- speed of preparation (just cook once)
- economical use of oil and energy.
In short, they're a great boon to professional cooks. Like the rest of the Lutosa range, it's their great potato flavour that makes them special!
Belgian fries (rustic cut)
Belgian fries feature irregularly cut potatoes to give a home-made appearance and offer the great advantage that they can be prepared in either the oven or the deep-fat fryer. Note that Belgian fries prepared in the oven contain 58% less fat than those prepared in the fryer.
