Kartoffelpuffer
In response to demand from Eastern European countries, Lutosa has launched genuine Thuringer Kartoffelpuffer. These potato pancakes of +/- 60 g are made with grated potatoes and fresh onions. They are produced from specially selected potatoes of the "AGRIA" variety, under contract in the region of Thuringia (East of Germany). The potatoes are grated and the following ingredients are added: onions, wheat flour, and salt. The Kartoffelpuffer are then formed and pre-baked on rotary hotplates before being deep-frozen. Can be enjoyed as a savoury or sweet dish.
