Patate al Rosmarino           

 

These Italian-style mini roast potatoes are cut into 8 and 12 chunks of completely irregular shape and size, which gives them that unique rustic appearance. They are then cooked in sunflower oil and coated with rosemary. Prepared in the frying pan in olive oil, they bring a delicious Mediterranean flavour to all your dishes.
