Pom'Princesse is an innovative product made from lightly seasoned mashed potatoes with butter, preformed as a Duchesse potato of 40g and deepfrozen. Rapid and practical to work with, her main advantage is her beautiful presentation on the plate and her reduced fat content (< 3%) in comparison with a prefried Duchesse potato in the fryer.
Lutosa Belgian Potato Croquettes, with butter (1 kg)
Following the example of the Belgian French Fries, these new artisanal croquettes are prepared from the best Bintje potatoes. Steamed, reduced to tasty and naturally seasoned mashed potatoes, according to the traditional recipe 3% butter is added.
