Breakfast with our crunchy hash brown

Ingredients

for 4 persons :

  • 12 Lutosa’s Crunchy Hash brown
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 250g mushroom
  • Bacon breakfast
  • small cooked sausage
  • Parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, sunflower oil.

Preparation

  1. Season the tomatoes with chopped parsley and chopped garlic, salt, pepper a little oil then cook  your tomatoes in the oven – during 15mns at 200°C.
  2. Cook in the fryer the crunchy hash brown during 4’00 at 175°C
  3. Cook your  eggs in a pan with little oil then seasoned with salt and pepper
  4. Cook the mushrooms in the pan with little oil.
  5. Finally fried the bacon in a pan than serve all together on a plate.
