Xtra crispy Pub fries with a pork chop

Ingredients

For 4 persons

  • 800g Lutosa’s Xtra crispy pub fries 10-18
  • 4 pork chops
  • 500g green bean,
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • 1 or 2 tablespoon of mustard
  • 20 cl of fresh cream

Preparation

  1. Cook the pork chop in a pan with some butter, then seasoned with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the green bean in a pot of boiling water during around 15’.
  3. Cook the Xtra crispy pub fries 10-18 during 4’30 – 5’00 at 175°C.

For the sauce :

  1. Pour the cream in a pan, with the mustard, salt and pepper , then stir the sauce up ,
  2. Until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  3. Serve all together
