Ultra-crunchy 10-10 fries with duck meat

Ingredients

for 4 persons :

  • 600g to 800g Lutosa’s prefried fries Ultra-crunchy 10-10
  • 4 confits duck legs
  • some duck fat
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Green onion
  • 2 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Warm a little the duck legs, than peel them
  2. Cook the Ultra-crunchy 10-10 during 4mns at 175°C.
  3. Cut in thin slices the cilantro  and the green onion
  4. Than garnish the fries with the duck meat, the cilantro and the green onion.
  5. Enjoy your meal with friends !
