Quality begins in the field
That is why our agronomy department establishes a partnership with farmers and merchants. Together, we carry out monitoring and exchange opinions about methods of cultivation: fertilisers, the treatment of disease, traceability etc.
We also supply the seedlings that are the best suited to a high-quality harvest.
Quality at every stage
There are multiple checks at every stage… The raw materials are checked even before they are unloaded – and anything not meeting our standards is ruthlessly eliminated. No production begins until all the tests have been concluded to our complete satisfaction!
This same rigour continues during processing via physical, chemical and bacteriological checks conducted by our ISO 17025:2005 / BELAC certified laboratory. All the ingredients used in our recipes are traced and monitored and absolutely no GMOs (genetically modified organisms) are used.
Nothing escapes our gaze, right through to final packaging. Internal and external audits are staged each year to renew our numerous certifications: IS09001:2008, IFS (International Food Standard), BRC (British Retail Consortium), Certisys (organic range), HFCE (Halal Food Council of Europe), kosher certificate, GMP/Feed Chain Alliance (by-products), ACG (autocontrol system), ISO 50001 (energy management) and ISO 14001 (environment management)…
In addition, we apply various quality programmes such as HACCP designed to forestall product contamination risks.
